1. Only one entry per household and/or e-mail address.
2. No purchase necessary to enter or win.
3. Entrents must be at least 18 years of age.
2. To enter the drawing entrents must use our Contact US Page and fill out the contact form with your first name, last name and e-mail address. In the comment section enter your city, and street address and ask to be entered into the 2009 Christmas Drawing. Phone number is optional, but encouraged, and will only be used to contact winner.
3. The final day and time for entry into the drawing is midnight December 11th 2009.
4. The drawing will be held on December 14th 2009 and the winner will be notified as soon as possible by E-mail and phone , if phone number is available. The winner will have until the end of business (5PM EST) on December 17th 2009 to get back to us by E-mail or phone during regular business hours for confirmation if not previously confimed by phone.
5. If for some reason the winner does not get back to us by the end of business on December 17th 2009 or cannot accept the merchandise or cannot agree to these rules another drawing will be held and another winner selected. Due to time the merchandise may not get to this winner until after Christmas.
5. The winner gives Endless Mountains Stores the right to post their Name, City and State on our web site www.endlessmtnstores.com as winners of the 2009 Christmas Drawing.
6. No Endless Mountains Stores employees or members of their family are eligable for the drawing.
7. There is no substitution for cash or other merchandise allowed.
8. All non winning entrents information will not be used for any purposes other then to enter the drawing. All non winning entrents information will be destroyed and removed from any Endless Mountains Stores computers or files as soon as possible after the drawing is over. However, if entrents want to receive information from Endless Mountains Stores they can elect to be added to our mailing list, this is optional and does not effect the entrents chances of winning. Anyone who elects to be added to our mailing list will have all information except for their name and e-mail address removed from our files.
9. The drawing will be considered over as soon as a winner is confirmed but not earlier then the end of businnes on December 17th 2009.
10. Each entrent will be assigned a number and this number will be put on a piece of paper and into a container. One of the pieces of paper will be ramdomly selected and the entrent whose number matches the number pulled out of the container will be the winning entrent.
11. The winning entrent will receive one (1) Redcat Racing Volcano EPX 1/10 Scale Electric RC truck complete ready to run. The vehicle will be shipped free anywhere in the lower 48 states. Shipping to other locations outside the lower 48 states will be the responsibiliy of the winner. If the winning entrent is outside the lower 48 states they will be informed of these charges.
12. This drawing is void where prohibited.
