T-maxx 3/4 pictureThe new T-Maxx 3.3 is the biggest Maxx ever. New, giant Maxx tires deliver massive grip off-road and at 6.3" tall, they add increased ground clearance to gobble up deep ruts and overcome huge boulders (be sure to check out the videos!). In the city, urban obstacles such as curbs and stairs beckon for an all-out Maxx assault. Maxx tires come pre-glued to 3.8" Mirror-Chrome Hurricane wheels. Traxxas engineers equipped the new T-Maxx 3.3 with an extended wheelbase (30mm longer) for maximum stability. T-Maxx is able to put more power the ground for even more acceleration and amazing directional control. There's no skimping when it comes to the chassis. It's formed from 4mm thick 6061-T6 aluminum and then anodized in brilliant blue. Meaty new chassis braces and an all-new skid plate add rock-solid rigidity.

Hammer the throttle at any speed and the T-Maxx completely shreds the ground underneath. Brutal bottom-end torque rips massive wheel-standing launches that swell to top speeds soaring past 45mph! The new extra-large dual-stage Traxxas air filter allows increased air flow to the TRX 3.3 Racing Engine, breathing in even more horsepower and torque. resonatorLarger filtering capacity also delivers consistent tuning during long running sessions and between maintenance intervals. At the opposite end, the Resonator dual-chamber Maxx pipe provides an average peak torque increase of 16% over the standard Maxx pipe, and a 10% increase in total power across the whole range. Full mirror polish adds that final touch.

Powerful New Steering

The new T-Maxx 3.3 is equipped with a new bellcrank steering system with an integrated servo saver. It's powered by a high-torque digital servo that delivers a whopping 50% more torque than a standard hi-torque servo. It's got the muscle to steer through ruts, deep sand and other high-load conditions that try to throw you off course.

Revo®-Spec sealed differentials are used for massively increased torque handling and long-lasting performance. differentialX-ring seals keep the oil in and the dirt out for virtually maintenance free operation. You spend more time driving and practically no time on the workbench. Since the diffs are completely sealed, they can be fine-tuned with different oil viscosities to adjust the limited-slip action.
Going out to the wheels, sealed outer driveshafts keep out the dirt for smooth, dependable performance. Traxxas sliding shafts are proven tough and the superior design allows maximum suspension articulation without binding.

Traxxas introduces the next generation of 2.4GHz radio system performance and it's available now in the T-Maxx 3.3. The new Traxxas TQ 2.4GHz computerized High Output radio systems are equipped with superior Direct Sequence Spread-Spectrum (DSSS) technology, fully programmable features, and the convenience of patent-pending Traxxas Link™ automatic model recognition. Forget about crystals and frequency conflicts! The transmitter's easy-to-use design provides the instant, worry-free, turn-it-on-and-go driving fun you expect from Traxxas, while also delivering a full compliment of pro-level tuning features for those who wish to explore the expanded tuning possibilities. The Multi-Function knob on the face of the transmitter can be programmed to control a variety of functions such as steering exponential, steering and braking dual rate, and throttle trim. Access is through a simple menu tree controlled by a two-button interface. Other tuning options include end point adjustment, servo reversing, and sub trim adjustment. Top-level performance is what you expect from Traxxas, so the new TQ 2.4GHz High Output pumps out a strong, clear signal for optimum range. The 13ms frame rate and near zero latency results in instant steering and throttle response along with precise, smooth control.

The exclusive Traxxas Link™ automatic model recognition software is a breakthrough in "model memory" that makes it easier than ever to enjoy multiple Traxxas Link enabled models without juggling transmitters or scrolling through complex menus searching for model names. Each time the transmitter is bound to a new receiver, it saves that receiver in its memory, along with all the model settings assigned to that receiver. The next time that transmitter and any previously bound receiver (up to 20!) are switched on, the transmitter automatically recalls the settings for that receiver. Just power up the transmitter and the model you want to drive, and the settings for that model are dialed in immediately! Up to 20 Traxxas Link enabled receivers and 20 Traxxas TQ 2.4GHz High Output transmitters can be cross bound together making it possible to grab ANY transmitter and ANY vehicle from the group, switch them on, and start driving. It's perfect for when you have lots of vehicles you want to drive but don't want to have to keep up with which transmitter belongs to which model. 5-channel Micro Receiver
with Fail-Safe Security

The TQ 2.4GHz High Output's micro receiver fits easily into any vehicle, and features dual channel-1 outputs for easy installation in vehicles with dual steering servos—no Y-harness necessary! The integrated LINK button makes it fast and easy to bind the receiver, and the two-color LED indicates power-on and bind status for fool-proof control and convenience. Traxxas Link allows the receiver to recognize up to twenty TQ 2.4Ghz Traxxas Link enabled transmitters—just switch on and drive. In the event of signal loss due to an accidental switch-off or depleted batteries, the receiver will automatically return the throttle to neutral and hold the last commanded steering position. The Fail Safe programming is built-in and does not need to be set or activated.

RC Vehicle Parts/Accessories Shipping:  On our Cart/Check Out Page we have a shipping method called "RC Parts"  If you do not want expedited shipping of RC Vehicle parts/accessories please select this shipping method. 

For small items the cost will never exceed $9.00 per shipment.  For larger heavier items like the Nitro Kits, work stands etc. the cost may be slightly higher.  In no case will we ever charge more then $14.00 per order for RC vehicle parts/accessories. We will adjust the shipping cost lower when the order is processed if the actual shipping cost is indeed lower.  These costs depend upon shipping location, weight and size. 

By selecting the RC Parts shipping method you will be charged either $9.00 or $14.00 depending upon the weight of the RC parts  in the order.  An order weighting less then 3 lbs.  will be charged $9.00 orders 3 lb. or more $14.00.   Again if the actual shipping costs are lower when we process the order we will adjust the costs down and notify you. 

This shipping method cannot be used to ship any other non-RC parts/accessories items we sell nor can any other non-RC parts/accessories be included or used with this shipping method.   If this method is used with other items the order will be delayed until we can contact the customer and correct the error.

How do I get Traxxas warranty service?

All warranty claims should be handled directly through Traxxas and not your hobby dealer. If you suspect you have a warranty claim, contact Traxxas toll free at 1-888-TRAXXAS (1-888-872-9927). Many times we are able to immediately solve problems over the phone.Traxxas Corporation assumes responsibility for their products and will repair or replace any defective product at their sole discretion.

Our toll-free customer service line provides direct access to our highly experienced factory trained representatives. In most cases, warranty items are sent out the same day the request is received. In the event that factory service is required, our technicians are usually able to make repairs within a 3-5 working day time frame after we receive the product.

In addition to these warranties, Traxxas offers an extended service plan for electronic components after the 30-day warranty has expired. This plan states that Traxxas will repair electronic components, at any time throughout the life of the part, for a flat rate of $15.00 plus $5.00 for shipping and handling. The electronic components covered under this service plan include certain Traxxas electronic speed controls, and all transmitters, receivers, and servos. Be sure to check here for more information on Traxxas' extended service programs.

Traxxas also offers the Lifetime Engine Replacement Plan for nitro-powered engines. This plan allows you, at any time throughout the lifetime of your TRX Pro.15 engine, to exchange it for a brand-new TRX Pro.15 engine at 50% of the suggested retail price of a new TRX Pro.15. For more information on any of the Traxxas warranties or any of our other service plans, contact our customer service department. Ask cusomter service about your TRX 2.5 Racing Engine replacement plan.

To take advantage of any of the services we offer, or if you believe you have a warranty issue to solve, simply send in the item(s) in question to the Plano address with attention to customer service. Include a copy of your receipt, a note describing the reasons you are sending the item(s) in to our repair lab, a daytime phone number, and a return shipping address.
