Return Guidelines for Endless Mountains Stores LLC

Returns.   Most products sold by Endless Mountains Stores are covered under a 30 day refund policy and a 1 year from the invoice date defective product replacement policy.  Subject to the conditions set below.

All returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting us at (866)-756-9623 or by e-mail at returns@endlessmtnstores.com  No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.

All original equipment, components, manuals, documents and packaging must be returned with your item in order to process your return.  The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging.  Physically damaged items cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

All returns for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping costs are not refundable.  Shipping costs of items returned for refund or exchange are the responsibility of the customer.   Normal wear parts or parts not covered under a manufacturers warranty are not eligible for consideration when an item is claimed as a defective product.

Warranties

Many manufacturers offer additional factory coverage and you should contact them first regarding replacement/repair of products under warranty.   You should contact the manufacturer of your item directly for information regarding eligibility and specific Terms and Conditions of any warranties the product may be covered under. All product warranties are the responsibility of the product manufacturer.

Items not covered under our defective product policy include any consumable items that we may sell including RC fuel or other fluids. Also Axial Racing, Redcat Racing, HPI and Traxxas have their own warranty defective product policy and customers should contact them first about any warranty or defective parts.  See our FAQ page for these warranty details. 

Endless Mountains Stores is not able to do repairing of most items, though we may sell replacement parts for certain products. See our FAQ page regarding RC vehicle service.

Order Refusal. If a customer orders an item and then refuses to take delivery of that item the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges plus a 15% restocking fee.

Out of Stock.  If Endless Mountains Stores no longer carries an item that is sent back for replacement, or if that item is out of stock. You will be notified via email or phone and you will have two options: either we can send you a comparable replacement item, if available, or a refund of the current market value of the product will be issued. A current market value refund may not exceed the original invoice price. If the item is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date and is out of stock or no longer carried, customers will be contacted and offered a full refund or credit.  Manufacturers may be able to offer replacement when we can’t.   You should contact the manufacturer regarding replacement or repair first.

Damaged Returns.  Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping.  If your item is damaged please call us as soon as possible.  Waiting more then 48 hours may cause the claim to be delayed or rejected. Certain items may require the customer to inspect them and then refuse shipment if damaged. Items shipped by freight carrier usually require this. Please contact us if you have any doubts.

Item Not Available. If an order is placed and for some reason that item is unavailable after the order has been placed, either out of stock or back ordered we will contact the customer as soon as we can. We try and keep our in stock item numbers up to date but sometimes an item will be listed as in stock when it is not.

Canceling An Order. Any order THAT HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED can be canceled for any reason without any fees by calling 1-570-836-2953 or 1-866-756-9623 during normal business hours.   Please have your order number, and Credit Card number available.   When you call we can tell you if your order has shipped or not.  Using e-mail may be to slow to cancel the order before it ships calling is the best method. DO NOT sent credit card information in an e-mail!

 If your order has shipped and is in transit you have two choices to cancel the order, either one involves a fee. The first choice is for us to try and have the shiptment intercepted and returned to us.  If we can do that the customer will be responsible for any fees the shipping companies may charge.  The second is to refuse the order AFTER CONTACTING us and letting us know you want to cancel the order.  In this case the customer will be responsible for the return shipping plus any fees the shipping companies may charge.  Please NOTE that if you just refuse the order without contacting us you will be responsible for the return shipping PLUS a 15% restocking fee as stated in Order Refusal above. The customers credit card will be credited with the purchase amount minus any fees as soon as possible after the order is canceled and if necesaary the items have been received back by us.
