Shipping. Currently we ship only to the USA and Canada. We do not ship to P. O. Boxes. Electronic items such as fish finders, chart plotters, navigation items, radio's, camera's etc. will only be shipped to the credit card address. Orders over $50.00 will be shipped only to the credit card address unless shipping address can be confirmed.
Shipping Cost. Your shipping cost for your order will be shown on the Cart and checkout page. Shipping cost is determined by the size and weight of the items being shipped, the distance shipped and the shipping method choosen. You will not be charged until the order ships. Orders may ship from from more then one location. You can check the shipping costs on the Cart page by entering your zip code, state and shipping method and clicking Select. Please note that we reserve the right to change shipping carriers/methods but that in no case will this result in a higher shipping charge to the customer then is shown on the checkout page. It may result in lower shipping costs in which case the customer will be informed of and charged the lower rate.
Canadian Shipping Costs. Canadian shipping costs can be significantly higher then the UPS shipping rates shown for certain items with a Canadian Dollar value above $20. This is becasue the shipping rates DO NOT include charges for customs clearance, customs brokerage charges, duties and taxes. These fees and taxes will be billed to the customer purchasing the items. The items will not be delivered without the payment of these fees and taxes. These fees and taxes are in addition to the shipping cost shown on the Cart and Check out pages. The customer is responsible for these charges and will be billed by the carrier. The taxes vary by province and range from 5 to 13 percent. The duty and brokerage charges are determined by the value of the item along with other factors. Note to that credit card purchases usually involve a conversion fee.
Items that can be shipped duty free to Canada are those items we sell which are made in the United States, Mexico or Canada. These items would fall under the NAFTA treaty. Items costing less then $20.00 Canadian would also avoid these fees.
While we welcome customers from Canada we also want them to be aware of these fees so as to avoid sticker shock when receiving a package. If you have any questions about if an item would be subject to these fees please contact us.
Canadian customers can see their Shipping Costs ONLY by putting in their postal code in the zip code field of the Shopping Cart, entering the name of their province in the state field, selecting Canada in the Country field, selecting UPS Standard to Canada in the shipping method field and then clicking the Select button. If possible for small items we will attempt to use the USPS to ship to Canada.
Free Shipping. Endless Mountains Stores offers free ground shipping on MOST regular orders of $125.00 or more (before tax) in the lower 48 states. Items that DO NOT include free shipping will be marked as DOES NOT include shipping. Please do not select any free shipping methods for items marked as DOES NOT include shipping.
If an order has items NOT marked as DOES NOT include shipping that total $125.00 or more THOSE items will ship free and shipping will be charged only on those items in the order marked as DOES NOT include shipping. Any shipping charge on those items totaling $125.00 or more that are NOT marked as DOES NOT include shipping will be refunded or not charged.
Also items that are marked "Oversize Shipping Rates Apply, DO NOT qualify for free shipping. Please DO NOT select free shipping if ordering any of the items marked as "Oversize Shipping Rates Apply". Oversize means any item that has it's shipping box deminsions larger then 5184 cubic inches or that it weighs 40lbs or more. NOTE that Oversize Shipping Rates do not apply to any Items marked Free Shipping or Shipping Included no matter their shipping size or weight.
Hazardous Shipping Charge. Additionally some items we carry or may carry in the future may have an additional hazardous shipping charge. This extra charge will be the responsibility of the customer and the customer will be notified on the page containing these items about these charges. These hazardous shipping charges will be included in the price of the item. Hazardous shipping items DO NOT qualify for free shipping. Please DO NOT select free shipping if ordering items with a hazardous shipping charge.
Also, some large items may require that they be delivered by freight and these may incur an additional shipping charge. Please contact us for more information and additional costs, if any, when ordering any of these items. These items will be marked as having additional shipping costs.
Please note that if your order totals more then $125.00, without either items marked as "Oversize shipping rates Apply" or Hazardous Shipping, that part of your order not including these items will still ship free. We will correct the shipping charges and only charge you shipping for items marked as "Oversize Shipping Rates Apply" or "Hazerdous Material".
Shipping Times. We will make every effort to get items shipped as fast as possible. We will inform the customers by e-mail when their items ship. Items may ship as fast as the same day or take as long as five days depending upon the day and time it was ordered, the item ordered and any system backlogs. Items ordered after 3 PM EST Friday will usually not make it into the system until Monday morning. Items are shipped from several locations throughout the country and so may arrive in more then one shipment or package.
Shipping Choices. Customers can choose to use faster shipping on most items. These faster shipping options will naturally incur a higher shipping charge and will override any free shipping or reduced shipping offers. Shipping options and costs will be listed on the Shopping Cart and Checkout pages.
Some items may end up being shipped by a carrier other then UPS. However the shipping charge shown for UPS on the check out page will always be the maximum amount of shipping charged. You will never be charged a higher amount. If a different shipper other then UPS is going to be used the customer will be informed, if the rate is lower then what was shown on the Check out page the lower rate will be charged.
Shipping Order Refusal/Undeliverable. If a customer orders an item and then refuses to take delivery of that item the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges plus a 15% restocking fee. Or if the item is Undeliverable becasue of no one available to sign for the order or bad address the customer will be responsible for all return shipping.. This is to cover costs and handling of the refused/undeliverable item.

Typographical Errors. Dispite our best efforts, a small number of items may be mispriced. In the event one of our products or service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Endless Mountains Stores shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product or service listed at the incorrect price. Endless Mountains Stores shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Endless Mountains Stores shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Order Contract. When a customer places an order for an item on the Endless Mountians Stores website it is part of a contract with us. The terms and conditions are outlined in our Policies Pages, Privicy Page, and Return/Refund page. In placing the order the customer accepts these general terms and conditons as binding. When we send a paid invoice along with an e-mail stating the order has been shipped we complete the contract with the customer. The order contract check box on the Check Out Order Review Page just verifies that you agree that your contract to purchase an item is not complete until we send you an e-mail verifing that the item has shipped.
