RC Repairs
All of our RC vehicle manufacturers offer warranties. They all request that any purchaser of their RC products return them to their own warranty repair service rather then to the selling dealer. This should be the frist place to look for repairs since they will do them either free or for a minimal charge.
We do offer repair service to REDCAT RACING VEHICLES ONLY that are out of warranty of the manufacturer.
Our repair costs are:
$20.00 per hour labor plus parts cost plus shipping back to customer. Minimun cost $20.00 plus shipping back to customer.
Before you ship a vehicle to us for repairs please call us and get a return repair number first. We will not accept vehicles for repair that do not have a repair number from us on the package.
The returned vehicle MUST include the radio for that vehicle. We will not be able to perform repairs without the radio. Also the vehicle should be package securely so that the vehicle and radio do not bounce or roll around. Any parts on the vehicle damaged during shipment will be repaired and charged to the customer.
Other information required. Please tell us in as much detail as you can about the problem. Example Vehicle will not start at all. Vehicle starts then shuts off when given throttle. Vehicle runs a little ways then stops. Engine runs, vehicle will not go. Strange sounds coming from transmission, differential etc.
Also any broken parts should be included with the vehicle so we can see if we can determine what caused the damge. Unless you hit a wall or tree, etc. then just tell us CRASH damage.
Our repair turn around time is usually 3 to 5 days. If it will be longer we will contact you and let you know.
