Taxes
Taxes will be collected for customers residing in Pennsylvania. The standard Pennsylvania sales tax of 6% will be added to all orders from Pennsylvania residents.
Canadian Taxes
We do not collect GST, PST, QST or HST taxes on purchaes made by Canadian customers. These taxes will be the responsibility of the customers and will be due upon arrive of the packages at the customers shipping address. For shiptments to Canada there may also be other charges. Fraud
Consumer fraud and merchant fraud is an ongoing battle. While it may be safer to give your credit card number to a merchant on a secure internet connection then to hand it to a stranger while paying for dinner, the problem of stolen credit card numbers or identities is still a prolem not only online but everywhere credit cards are used.
Here at Endless Mountains Stores we take fraud very seriously. We want to protect both our customers and ourselves from dishonest fraudulent people. We are always on the lookout for stolen credit cards. A stolen credit card or identity can lead to a long and sometimes costly process trying to get a persons name and reputation cleared.
To this end we use several anti fraud measures to check credit cards to try and verify the person placing the order is the owner of the credit card being used. Some items we look for and check are the credit card verification numbers, e-mail addresses and phone numbers among other things.
We ship only to the Credit Card address. We also may contact the buyer by phone to confirm the sale and to ask for further identity confirmation. This is done to protect both the customer and us from unlawful credit card use.
Having a "free" e-mail address may slow up processing of an order in some cases. Free e-mail addresses are more likley to be used for fraudulent purposes then paid for addresses since they are easier to get and harder to track. Using a free e-mail address may result in a confirmation of some sort being made before an order is placed.
If we do find a stolen credit card or number being used we will do everything we can to try and apprehend the user of the card. We will also inform the credit card company so they can contact or notify the true owner of the card.
